She has led complex research programs, partnered across global teams, and consistently driven data-backed decisions from early discovery through commercialization.
In her role as Director of Plant Science, Kristi will lead our plant science efforts with a focus on field and greenhouse trials and advancing our plant research pipeline. Her expertise and leadership will be instrumental as we continue building sustainable, science-driven solutions for agriculture.
