She is known for building structured, high-functioning organizations that enable teams to operate efficiently. Kathy brings a people-centered approach to workplace operations while driving operational discipline, cross-functional coordination, and executive support. In her role, Kathy will lead workplace and office operations, support People Ops initiatives, and partner with the Executive Leadership Team on strategic priorities to strengthen internal systems and streamline workflows.
