KAITLYN QIN

Kaitlyn is a Finance and Strategy operator with a passion for building organizations and scaling breakthrough technologies. She joined Switch in 2025 as CFO. Previously, she was CFO and Chief Commercial Officer of Noria Energy, where she led project finance, corporate finance, accounting and reporting, investor relations, commercialization strategy, and managed a multi-million-dollar pipeline of renewable energy projects. She also spearheaded commercialization for a UCLA-spun deep-tech venture, structuring a multi-million dollar pilot project with a Fortune 500 partner. Earlier, Kaitlyn spent over a decade at PwC building a national practice, driving carve-outs, enterprise strategy, and global finance transformations. She is a CPA, CA, and holds an MBA from the Wharton School.
